Coordinator, Customer Success
We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to help craft customer success strategies. In this role, the person will be responsible for client onboarding, implementation, training, and product adoption and will act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams throughout the product life cycle, including standard platform operations like data updates and version upgrades. This person must understand key population health management workflows, the data, and the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process. Candidates must have 1-2 years project coordination experience in healthcare IT, experience with healthcare data, customer success experience and be proficient in various customer engagement techniques. Population health management experience a plus. This role requires strong communication and strategic skills; proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office 360, and Asana are preferred. This person must be a proactive multitasker with excellent organizational skills. This is a hybrid role based out of Orlando, FL. Candidate must be Orlando-based or willing to relocate to Orlando.

Director of Customer Success
We seek a Director of Customer Success to own client relationships and oversee onboarding, implementation, training, and retention while serving as a trusted advisor to ensure the ongoing value of our products to join our crew. The role involves developing customer success strategies, identifying growing opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams internally to align efforts with company goals. This person will be the day-to-day contact for customer portfolios, will improve customer experience, and optimize processes. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success, strong written and verbal communication and project management skills, and a team player and self-starter with a proven ability to navigate changing business priorities. Demonstrated success in analytical thinking including strategic planning and problem solving is required. A Bachelor's degree, knowledge of healthcare workflows in related fields like sales or medical administration, and understanding of the SaaS industry are preferred. Located in Orlando, FL preferred or anywhere in the US.

Senior Platform Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join our Platform Engineering crew to design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure platform solutions while integrating AI-enabled IDEs and development tools to drive innovation and productivity. The ideal candidate has 5-6 years of experience delivering production-quality software, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience with tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Windsurf, and is proficient in C#, SQL Server, and the ASP.NET MVC Framework with experience in APIs and distributed systems. Recommended additional skills include Python, Docker, and AirFlow. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, proven collaboration across teams, mentoring experience, and a passion for continuous learning and staying current with platform engineering and AI development trends. This role is based out of Orlando, Florida.
